Q: How do I place an order?
A: BIOFRON INC accepts orders placed via our website, email. To place an order, we require a purchase order, which includes a purchase order number (if applicable), shipping and billing addresses and method of shipment preferred. Credit card orders are also accepted.

Q: What type of credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Q: Are BIOFRON products in stock and how may I obtain this information?
A: Product availability information is provided on individual product pages. Although we make every effort to ensure a continuous supply of our products, occasional circumstances may force us to discontinue or temporarily run out of a product. If you note on our website, we list the Inventory Status for each product.

Q: I am an individual not associated with a company/organizations and am looking to purchase regulated items or dangerous goods. How can I purchase these compounds?
A: BIOFRON INC is unable to offer such compounds to individuals at residential addresses.

Q: Why are shipping conditions not always the same as the recommended long-term storage conditions?
A: Products which have a long term recommended storage temperature of 2 to 8°C are normally shipped at ambient temperature as they are stable at room temperature for short periods of time (approx. 1-2 weeks of transportation), unless otherwise specified.
This is based on what our chemists observe while working with these products. Lower temperatures are typically assigned for long-term storage in order to maximize shelf life. Products that are unstable or with a recommended frozen storage are shipped on ice to maintain product quality.
